PEEK Filter Cloth is a kind of filter equipment, in which the base fabric is made with PEEK Monfilament and the weft and weft are injected into at least two strands.
At both ends of the PEEK thread layer, a calendered film layer is arranged; all the PEEK filter cloth blocks are evenly distributed and spaced; the force goes all over and is balanced; the filter cloth blocks are connected with an excellent sewing layer which reaches all the four edges of the filter cloth body, so that the strength of the filter cloth is improved.
As a result, PEEK filter mesh is widely applied to industrial, medical, and scientific research or the like. It is a thermoplastic polymer with characteristics of high temperature, block corrosion, and mechanical properties, so it has very good adaptability to strong corrosive environments.
200mm*400mm
180mm*480mm
11.5m*2.4m
200mm*500mm
To avoid post-assembly problems, the PEEK fabrics must only be exposed to temperatures and chemicals it is capable of handling. Nevertheless, even using the PEEK material it is still possible to get into conditions beyond its capabilities withering high temperature and chemical erosion.
When installing the filter cloth, it should be uniform and plane and shall not be wrinkled or stretched out so that it can have an optimal filtering capacity without regional overload.
Do not operate the PEEK filter cloth beyond its optimal operating pressure. The material may be damaged by too much pressure, or the ability of the filter to reduce the pressure may be diminished.
It is also recommended that filter cloth status should be monitoring frequently to identify wear and blockage or replacement.
Compared to the other similar filter cloth available in the market the surface of PEEK mesh is very smooth and can be easily cleaned. It is preferred when washed with appropriate detergent and warm water and the user should avoid washing the material with strong acids or strong alkalis as this may harm the material.
When clean, it must be dried well and kept in a moist area, most importantly in regard to bacteria development and material disintegration.
When storing, it should be placed away from direct sunlight or other high temperature environment, preferential, this product should be stored in a dry and cool place to avoid make material become old.
In handling and installation, do not scratch the filter cloth with sharp objects in other to maintain their effectiveness and performance.
