PEEK bushings (Polyetheretherketone bushings )
This is a kind of bushings made of Peek engineering plastics by injection molding or CNC machining.
The main function is to fix and reduce the friction and wear when the shaft moves.

Polyetheretherketone is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic with high temperature resistance, self-lubrication, easy processing, high tensile strength, stiffness, good abrasion resistance, low coefficient of friction, excellent chemical resistance, and very low moisture absorption, which makes it especially suitable for processing bushings to reduce friction and wear.

The most common forms of PEEK products are PEEK sealing rings, PEEK bearing, shaft bushings and so on. The large-size, thin-walled, high length PEEK bushings are difficult to process due to the ease of clamping deformation, vibration of the knife and other problems in the machining process.
