Usage

• PEEK Hose Fittings Use professional pipe cutter to cut the hard pipe port flat.
• PEEK Hose Fittings Sleeve the inverted taper pressure plug, pressure sleeve and pressure ring in turn, manually adjust the bottom of the pressure ring to be flush with the end surface of the hard pipe, and make the tapered end of the pressure ring coincide with the threaded end of the inverted taper pressure plug and the pressure sleeve.
• PEEK Hose Fittings Manually screw the inverted taper pressure plug to tighten the pressure sleeve, and the pressure sleeve to tighten the pressure ring, so as to make the pipeline produce micro-deformation to achieve the sealing effect.

Attention

• Ensure that the pressure sleeve and pressure ring are in the right direction, the tip of the pressure ring and the flat end of the pressure sleeve should be facing the pressure plug connector.
• Inverted cone pressure plug M6 thread can be customized.
• The joints can be kept tight even when vibrating due to the loosening of the joints caused by curvature.
• High-pressure fittings, ideal for pre-assembled lines and frequent disconnections.
• Straight-threaded standard fittings; ETFE compression ring and stainless steel compression sleeve are required.
• With the addition of a stainless steel compression sleeve, the hard pipe does not rotate during the screwing of the inverted taper pressure plug, effectively eliminating line twisting.

• Attention

• How to use？

1. Use a professional pipe cutter to cut the hard pipe port flat.
