Son r\u00f4le est de maintenir le tubage centr\u00e9 dans le puits, afin qu&#039;il ne vienne pas buter contre la paroi.<br>Le centralisateur en PEEK n&#039;est pas seulement con\u00e7u pour absorber les temp\u00e9ratures de 210 \u00b0C au fond du puits, permettant ainsi \u00e0 la garniture de tubage de glisser avec fluidit\u00e9 jusqu&#039;\u00e0 la profondeur requise. Plus important encore, lors du d\u00e9ploiement d&#039;une colonne de 3\u00a0000 m\u00e8tres de long, la charge sur le crochet est r\u00e9duite d&#039;environ 15 \u00e0 20 tonnes par rapport \u00e0 un centralisateur en acier. Le nylon haute temp\u00e9rature, disponible dans le commerce, se ramollit au-del\u00e0 de 140 \u00b0C, perdant non seulement sa solidit\u00e9, mais pouvant \u00e9galement adh\u00e9rer aux parois du puits et provoquer le blocage des tubes.\n<\/div><div class=\"bde-text-2907-174 bde-text\">\nNos centralisateurs de compression : PEEK PEEK : Le PEEK poss\u00e8de une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la compression sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 100 MPa m\u00eame \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9es de 260 \u00b0C.<br>Exp\u00e9rience sur le terrain : Au champ p\u00e9trolier de Tarim, dans un puits ultra-profond de 8 200 m\u00e8tres, o\u00f9 les temp\u00e9ratures du noyau \u00e9taient de 198 \u00b0C, nous avons utilis\u00e9 120 centralisateurs PEEK. <br>Il a fallu 72 heures pour atteindre le fond de la descente.
