Wir unterzogen PI-Monofilament mit dem branchenweit bekannten Vectran einem 120-st\u00fcndigen Xenonlampen-Alterungstest.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mikroskopische Befunde:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unter dem Elektronenmikroskop (tausendfache Vergr\u00f6\u00dferung) wies Vectran deutliche tiefe Risse und Oberfl\u00e4chenabl\u00f6sungen auf. Im Gegensatz dazu behielt unser PI-Monofilament seine perfekt glatte Oberfl\u00e4che; seine physikalische Struktur wurde durch die UV-Strahlung in keiner Weise beeintr\u00e4chtigt.<br \/>Vergleich der Zugfestigkeit: Nach 100 Stunden identischer Belastung sank die Zugfestigkeit herk\u00f6mmlicher PBO- oder Vectranfasern auf unter 201 TP3T \u2013 praktisch nicht mehr von Altpapier zu unterscheiden.
