Dank der hohen chemischen Best\u00e4ndigkeit, Zugfestigkeit und thermischen Stabilit\u00e4t von PVDF beh\u00e4lt dieser thermoplastische Fluorpolymerstab seine Eigenschaften auch unter Temperatureinfluss. PVDF-St\u00e4be werden h\u00e4ufig extrudiert, um eine konstante Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und hohe Dichte zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, und lassen sich leicht in kundenspezifische Gr\u00f6\u00dfen und Formen bearbeiten, um eine hohe Fertigungsvielfalt zu erzielen. Sie sind hochbest\u00e4ndig gegen Korrosion und Abrieb sowie gegen aggressive Substanzen und eignen sich daher ideal f\u00fcr die chemische Verarbeitung und andere extreme Umgebungen. Verwenden Sie stattdessen L\u00f6cher, die vollst\u00e4ndig durchgehen, und verschlie\u00dfen Sie diese mit Kappen, damit sie leichter ausgesp\u00fclt werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Scharfe Ecken abrunden.
